Strategy, Vision & Leadership

Experience Design // Facilitation

Brian Communications, like most of the global workforce, spent two years adjusting to the remote lifestyle due to COVID-19. The agency's leadership team eagerly anticipated their squad's return to office, and in an effort to boost comradery, engagement, morale and wellbeing with the experience of yet another transition, a steering committee was formed to organize and offer "We're All In," a two-day, agency-wide retreat in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Retreat Intentions

  • Strengthen team culture through guided workshops, team building activities and professional development

  • Create organized and organic opportunities for staff to break down siloes and develop meaningful relationships with colleagues from other teams

  • Have fun with colleagues

TESTIMONIALS

  • "Marisha, Thank you for taking time to speak at our agency retreat last week. I really enjoyed your experience and have already put your Returning Home to Harmony techniques into practice!"

  • "This experience was great!! I think as communicators our instincts tell us to react to situations immediately, but as the 5-step Returning Home to Harmony framework outlined, taking a moment to reflect and process can help us provide better reactions to ourselves, clients and collogues in the future.'

  • "I think not only did the session bring us together to talk about a somewhat vulnerable topic (mental/emotional/physical wellness) but gave us the tools to be better communicators with ourselves and others."
